[PATCH 1/2] net: sunrpc: fix typo "miliseconds" in comment

Correct "miliseconds" to "milliseconds", reported by scripts/checkpatch.pl
using the misspelling list in scripts/spelling.txt.  Only touches comments,
no code changes.
