[PATCH] netfs: Fix the debug module parameter description

The debugging mask is registered as the "debug" parameter, but
MODULE_PARM_DESC() attaches its description to "netfs_debug", the
backing variable, so modinfo lists the description under a parameter
that does not exist.

Use the parameter name.
