[PATCH wireless-next v2 3/4] wifi: mac80211: fix typo "capabilties" in comment

Fix a typo in comments, found with scripts/checkpatch.pl using the
misspelling list in scripts/spelling.txt. Only touches comments, no code
changes.

    v2: designate the patch to wireless-next and use a subject prefix naming
