[PATCH 00/11] NTB: ntb_transport: Miscellaneous fixes

Hi,

This series attempts to fix miscellaneous issues in ntb_transport. Some
of these were split from the direct TX/RX series v1 [1], as they stand
on their own. Based on v7.3-rc1.
