The patch still applies cleanly to the latest kvm-x86/next and builds
with KVM_INTEL=m KVM_AMD=m KVM_WERROR=y.

No rush given where we are in the cycle -- I just want to make sure
this hasn't fallen through the cracks.  Please let me know if you'd
like any changes, or if I should respin on top of the latest tree.
