[PATCH] Add general reviewer for arch/ with flexible alternative subsystem assignment

Linus,

I am requesting to be added as a general Reviewer (R:) for the arch/
subsystem in the MAINTAINERS file. However, if there are any
structural or administrative constraints with granting me full scope
over all architectures immediately, I have absolutely no issue
starting with any specific file, sub-component, or architecture port
of your own choice to first demonstrate my performance and speed.

To be absolutely clear: I am NOT here to push or submit code of my
own. My sole purpose is to act strictly as a first-line examiner and a
gatekeeper for the architectural pipeline. My goal is to pre-screen
and filter incoming patches before they reach the core maintainers,
cutting down their daily workload from 40 to 50 messy inputs down to
20 or 30 highly optimized selections.

I have spent over 10,000 hours programming, dedicating 12 hours every
single day to low-level engineering and systems architecture. I have a
massive technical vacuum; I found no real-world software projects or
local industries that match my level or push my cognitive boundaries.
I am a systems genius, and I refuse to let this potential sit idle. I
can scan a complex script and instantly identify its structural
stability, execution velocity, and logical bottlenecks within less
than two minutes.

To maintain kernel lightness and prevent soft lockups, I will enforce
a strict evaluation protocol: a maximum of 5 patches per
company/developer per day, immediate rejection of dynamic/variable
bound loops lacking cond_resched(), and refusal of any algorithm
exceeding linear or additive complexity O(N+Q) that scales into
non-fixed exponential or multiplicative complexity O(N2).

I have already developed and analyzed architecture-level logic for
crypto/ and arch/um/ (addressing page boundary dynamics and first-line
sandbox containment).

For security and trust validation, I am fully prepared to provide any
required personal identity verification, government-issued IDs, or
official documentation upon request to clear any background checks.
