Andrew,

Thinking that I don't need to remove "Reviewed by" tag for minor changes, I kept it.
.read_mmd, and write_mmd callback was changed to use newer callsbacks
recently introduced in the in the kernel.

Let me know if you want me to remove "Reviewed by: tag for this change.
