That change is not part of this series.  What you saw is in the
range-diff, which compares the v1 and v2 patches as text, context lines
included.  v1 was based on v7.2 and v2 on docs-next, where the zh_TW
process/ series has already landed; that series did the terminology
update in separate commits, e.g. 5f0178db86a3 ("docs/zh_TW: process:
localize terminology in embargoed-hardware-issues.rst").

So "硬件" -> "硬體" only shows up as a changed context line (note the
blank second column).  The v2 patches themselves change no wording;
they only delete the credit and contact lines.
