Applied to `rust-next` -- thanks!

    [ `rustdoc` already remaps these paths when we use Rust >= 1.95, thus
      this fix is needed for older toolchains. - Miguel ]

    [ Added `TODO` comment about the minimum version bump. Reworded title
      and comment for typos. - Miguel ]
