[PATCH v6 02/12] KVM: x86: Rename kvm_dr6_fixed() => kvm_get_dr6_fixed_1()

Rename kvm_dr6_fixed() to kvm_get_dr6_fixed_1() to make it more clear that
the helper retrieves the fixed-1 DR6 bits for a given vCPU.

No functional change intended.
