Thanks, I'll use that, with minItems: 1 so the lone "core" case still
validates:

    clock-names:
      minItems: 1
      items:
        - const: core
        - enum: [ core-div2, rt ]
        - const: rt

Yes -- the hardware supports up to 64 mailbox instances, so the index is
0..63.  I'll add 'maximum: 63' to the queue reg.
