[PATCH v2 00/17] mtd: spi-nor: winbond: Add support for the W35TxxNW family

First patches are misc fixes.

Then there are core enhancements to support ODTR chips.

Last set of patches is Winbond specific, where I add the bulk of the
changes for supporting the new Winbond Octal-DTR SPI NOR chips in the
winbond manufacturer driver, and then sparkle the ID table with the new
IDs and their respective testing logs.

Changes in v2:
- Fix the _careful() read helper in swp.c to make sure the buffer is
  initialized (zeroed).
- Fix the location of spi_nor_set_dummy() in order to be called at
  resume. This solves numerous problems reported by Sashiko.
- I am on purpose ignoring two comments from Sashiko, for which I have
  answered over the mailing list. Let me know if someone disagrees.
