Please add the kapi tree to linux-next

Hi Mark,

Could you please add the following branch to linux-next:

  git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/sashal/kapi.git spec

It contains the kernel api specification framework which I intend to send to
Linus.
