[RFC PATCH 1/2] dt-bindings: arm: qcom: Add Xiaomi Warsaw

Document the Xiaomi Warsaw SM8750 board compatible used by the
existing downstream board description. This establishes the compatible
identifier; it does not describe bootloader memory fixups or certify
that the minimal board draft has been boot-tested.
