[PATCH v4 1/5] dt-bindings: phy: qcom,sc8280xp-qmp-ufs-phy: Document Glymur QMP UFS PHY

Document the QMP UFS PHY on Glymur SoC. Glymur does not have UFS PHY
gdsc power domain. So, document this in the binding.
