[PATCH net-next v3 1/3] dt-bindings: net: motorcomm: Add YT861x PHY compatible

The YT861x GbE PHYs integrated in YT921x switches honour the
"motorcomm,auto-sleep-disabled" device property like the other
Motorcomm PHYs. Add ethernet-phy-id01e0.4281.
