Correction: the untagged [PATCH 0/5] posting was itself the sixth
revision -- the v6 Conor and Krzysztof pointed to -- so the corrected
re-spin is v7, not v6.  It carries a per-revision changelog (v1..v7) and
the fixed Signed-off-by ordering.
