[PATCH 4/7] arm64: defconfig: Enable RPi touchscreen V2 regulator and ILI9881C panel

Enable the regulator driver for the Raspberry Pi touchscreen V2 power
and backlight controller, and the Ilitek ILI9881C DSI panel driver, as
modules, for the Raspberry Pi 7 inch DSI panel on the 22-pin JDISP1 DSI0
connector on Qualcomm Shikra EVK, Talos Lyra EVK boards.
