Thanks Karl, this is really helpful. It covers the APB DMA path I
couldn't test, and your unpatched run is the first hardware
reproduction of the tx_in_progress bug that patch 2 fixes.

If there's a v4, I'll carry your Tested-by and update the cover letter
to note the Tegra210 testing and the reproduction.
