[PATCH v2 3/3] firmware: qcom: scm: add HP OmniBook Ultra 14-kg0xxx to QSEECOM allowlist

The HP OmniBook Ultra Laptop 14-kg0xxx is a Snapdragon X2 Elite
(Glymur) laptop whose firmware exposes EFI variables through QSEECOM.
Add its board compatible to the QSEECOM allowlist so that EFI variable
access (efivarfs) works on this machine.
