[PATCH] PCI/P2PDMA: Add HYGON to pci_p2pdma_whitelist

Dear Bjorn and Logan,
I am working on Hygon C86-4G (OPN: 7490) platform with Ubuntu 24.04.4 LTS (GNU/Linux 6.8.0-53-generic). It happens cross-bridge p2pdma between GPU and SSD is not supported. With {PCI_VENDOR_ID_HYGON, 0x1480, 0} added in struct pci_p2pdma_whitelist, there is no problem. I notice there are similar code changes recently, e.g., "[PATCH] PCI/P2PDMA: Add Zhaoxin host bridges to whitelist" and "[PATCH] PCI/P2PDMA: Add Alibaba T-HEAD Yitian 710 to whitelist". It would be appreciated if the fix could be merged to the linux repo -- please involve Hygon in the community if appropriate.
With regards,
Jing
