[PATCH] platform/surface: aggregator_registry: Add thermal sensors to SL7 group

[Gopikrishna Garmidi]

The surface_temp driver is available since v6.12, so add the thermal
sensor node for the Surface Laptop 7 and Surface Laptop 8th Edition
and drop the TODO.

Tested on a Surface Laptop 8th Edition (13.8").
