[PATCH v24 07/15] media: qcom: camss: Add PM clock definitions for Kaanapali

The CPAS AHB and AXI clocks are shared by every Kaanapali TFE and IFE
sub-block. Register them as PM clocks so the PM clock framework enables
them once when CAMSS resumes, instead of each sub-block listing them and
taking its own reference.
