[PATCH] dt-bindings: display: nvidia,tegra20-dc: Move 'rgb' node properties

[Rob Herring (Arm)]

Properties are supposed to be defined in the main schema and not in
conditional schemas. Move the properties for the 'rgb' node to the main
schema.
