RE: [PATCH net v4 1/2] igb: do not let XDP frames span more than one Rx buffer

Thanks for the review. v5 will address the issues in these patches:

- XDP attach and detach at MTU 1500, and the MTU checks, now use the
buffer size the rings will get;
- AF_XDP zero-copy rings get full-size buffers, and split zero-copy
frames are dropped (two new patches);
- XDP is refused with rx-all, legacy-rx cannot change while XDP is
attached;
- the receive length limit is programmed from igb_configure() instead
of igb_set_rx_mode();
- patch 2's commit message is corrected (igc, mid-frame loss, size
wrap).

Of the two pre-existing issues, the VF frame size in igb_set_vf_rlpml()
gets a separate fix, and the build_skb layout overlap is described in
the v5 cover letter.
