[PATCH ath-next v3 00/13] wifi: ath12k: ng: add Wi-Fi 8 REO command support

Add the Wi-Fi 8 REO command handling needed by the QCN9625 datapath.
The series introduces the REO command and status descriptors, high
priority REO command ring support, common command context handling, REO
status processing, 1K queue statistics parsing, batched command sends,
REO queue descriptor helpers, qaddr cache clear support and RX TID REO
operation wiring.

The last patch fixes REO TID setup on Wi-Fi 8 global-peer-ID devices by
using the host-allocated dp_peer id instead of the invalid link peer id
when programming REO queue state.
