[PATCH v3 1/2] dt-bindings: iio: adc: add Texas Instruments TLA2528

The TI TLA2528 is a simple 8-channel, 12-bit ADC and GPIO chip
accessible over i2c. The ADC part has an AVDD supply that doubles as a
reference.
