That was irony, the linked thread has fuller discussion, including '#
marker' part topic. Although should be moved to workflows (to my v2
patch for submitting-patches discussion), because I still contest the '#
marker' logic.

Reviewer statement of oversight does not allow that, as I explained in
linked thread.
