Kernel increase.

Hmm, I noticed about a 600k increase in the data section of the kernel
from 1.3.9 to 1.3.21. I am new to the list so humor me. What is
the new feature?

Also are there more in depth change logs for the kernel than
the ones in the sunsite mirrors?
