As lilo spoke of it, mcd.h and mcdx.h kill my module compiles. It is
obvious that that was the intent, but does the entire
non-Mitsumi-owning world have to suffer through it? :)

The second problem is that the ELF loader won't compile as a module.
It gets a parse error in asm/pgtable.h around line 115 right before
"__bad_page" -- and then proceeds to croak on all references to pte_t
after that.

Details: SlackWare 2.3. Pentium. Kernel 1.3.22. NCR 53C7xx,8xx PCI
controller, 32MB, 1.2GB, pink elephant 3.2.1, GCC 2.6.3, a.out everything,
sbpro clone sound&cdu31a clone driver, PCI BIOS + bridge opt.
