Networking with 1.3.2?+

Well, I started with 1.3.25 and couldn't connect to my linux machine
via my local network, and I tried the latest version (1.3.27) and it
has the same problem. I'm currently running 1.3.19 and it doesn't have
this problem. If I had time, i'd figure out at which point networking
broke. If i'm the only person who's having this problem, let me know
and I will see if I can narrow it down. As it stands, I probably will
not be able to use any new kernel until this problem is fixed.
