or you can just switch vc's. Clears the buffer and keeps the screen
clean :).

But I have another suggestion. Would it be possible to let each vc have
it's own buffer? A zillion times I have changed vc's then wanted to see
the scrollback. Of course this would then require Todd's idea of
clearing on logout.
