I can try. =)

It's an error generated in tcp_data, which handles the incoming data
for TCP. I *think* it means that the TCP system copied data into its
buffers, but didn't ack all of it to the other system. I guess we're
supposed to ack everything we get... which sort of makes sense.

Of course, there is a statistically significant possibility that I'm
way off base, as I'm still new to this whole kernel hacking thing.
