SMC ultra and future domain conflict in 1.3.34

There seems to be a conflict between the SMC Ultra ethernet driver
and the Future Domain 16xx driver in the 1.3.34 kernel. If I compile
the ultra driver into the kernel, it hangs when booting up at the scsi
stuff. Without the ultra compiled in, but with the card still in the
computer it works fine.

Also the sound driver doesn't compile for me in 1.3.34. I've got
a sound blaster pro.
