pppd for linux, location?

Sorry, I know this is out of topic, but I really cannot figure a better
place to ask(except usenet maybe which I dont like) than this list where
pretty much everyone knows better than me :-),
where do I get the latest pppd 2.2.0a(or whatever is latest)? I know it
used to be ftp.netcom.com, but I may be wrong, can someone please let me
know what the HQ site of pppd is? Thanks.
