False alarm with 90 and Netscape and IP

Sorry, for the false start, it seems my ISP has a screwed up DNS and that was
the problem, just seemed odd as I had just had everything working with 1.3.89
installed the 1.3.90 kernel and tried it and it didn't work then I reinstalled
the 1.3.89 and it did work, back to the 1.3.90 and it didn't and then
back to 1.3.89 and it didn't so I got suspect....
