Weird version name with 1.3.90?

I was so surprised when I booted my shiny new 1.3.90 and had it say 1.3.89
that I double-checked everything. It's definitely 1.3.90, but....

[root@woodruffn239 /]# uname -a
Linux woodruffn239.residence.gatech.edu 1.3.89 #1 Tue Apr 16 17:47:58 EDT
1996 i586
[root@woodruffn239 /]#

and the syslogs, etc. say 1.3.89.

Oh well, I guess if it were Bug-Free (tm), it would be 2.0 ;-).
