Odd thing with 1.3.90

I have noticed that after a restart, and I boot straight to init 6 (old
slackware install --- read as xdm). I run for about 1-2 mins and then
the screen blanker in x or kernel, don't know which kicks in. A touch
of the keyboard and we back and the normal screen blank occurs as it
should from then forward. In .89 I noticed that the screen would flick,
but not go blank, under .90 it goes to screen blank and I have to move
mouse or touch keys to get it back.

Anyone else seen this?
