LX 1.3.90 not booting Part 2

I forgot to say that i had the same problem with 1.3.88 but everything
works fine for 1.3.89!

What is up to my system? Is it alive? Is there a kind of soul in it saying:

I HATE EVEN SUBVERSION-NUMBERS, LIKE GARFIELD HATES MONDAYS! :-)

I got two answers for my previous mail. The two nice guys said that i
maybe have to use the new SYSINIT-tools. Is that true for 1.3.90 and above?

Flame me if all of this is a rather f...... RTFM-problem.
