Joliet file-system in Linux

I support for the Joliet CD-ROM file-system (at the moment, as I've=20
gathered, only available in Windows95 and NT) planed in Linux?

I've also got problems with "unknown terminal linux" when I
boot my system, and must manually change the TERM function to console..=
.
Is this information compiled into the kernel, or is it a case of someth=
ing=20
not configured right?
