Yesterday I tried to compile kernel-1.3.91 and the compilation aborted
with the following message :
gcc -D__KERNEL__ -I/usr/src/linux/include -Wall -Wstrict-prototypes -O2 -fomit-frame-pointer -fno-strength-reduce -pipe -m486 -DCPU=486 -c -o page_io.o page_io.c

page_io.c:67: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
page_io.c:67: for each function it appears in.)

I never had a problem compiling a kernel before. My system is a 486
with 133MHz und i use gcc-2.7.0, binutils-2.5.2, libc-5.0.9 and
libgxx-2.6.2.5.
