You don't seem to be enabling the x8 multiplier; I'd suggest this is a good
idea even if you don't want to go >115200 (The hayes Optima modem is 230k4)
because it gives you a number of other speeds (102k4, 76k8) plus more
accurate simulation of the odder speeds (110, 134.5 !)
