Here's spew from 1.3.95. It happens sometimes after a game of quake (ok,
it's pre-alpha, but this doesn't look good. Plus there are other weird
things happening with tcp/ip at high speeds [ISDN]) It happens sometimes
after a link, and for a long time. My machine is hooked through an
Etherlink III isa controller (The software says plug and play is off).

No problems with telnet.

The following sequence is repeated for around 5 minutes, maybe more.
