How to fix flock error in 1.3.95

There is an easy fix for the flock errors in 1.3.95:

Go to sunsite (or mirror) and grab the libc.so.4.7.6 currently in the
Incoming directory. Read the README for details.

I do NOT maintain this, so don't ask me questions. Just read the README
for details.
