Is 1.3.95 slow?

I'm currently compiling 1.3.97 with 1.3.95. The machine is a 486 @
33MHz with 10MB RAM. Compared to the previous compiles, it seems to be
terribly SLOW! Can anybody confirm this, or does anybody have some
ideas why this can be? If it can't be, I'd also like to know...
