Why not include a file with what is needed to upgrade from 1.2.13 into
the 1.3.x archive?
Just listing xntpd (new version needed), procps (new version needed),
pppd (I guess).. and so on... A small little file in there in /linux
called WHAT_IS_NEEDED_TO_UPGRADE_FROM_1.2.13.txt ... How hard can it be?
