TCP bug?

After installing 1.3.91, I got the following message on a console which
was left logged in:

TCP: **bug**: copy=0, sk->mss=0
TCP: **bug**: copy=0, sk->mss=0
TCP: **bug**: copy=0, sk->mss=0

My ethernet card is a 3c509, if that helps..
