If I read the code right the semantic of shared memory has changed. Older
Kernels reported the Amount of Memory which is used by more then one
mapping/process, recent kernels report the sum of the shared pages. IMHO
Both numbers are interesting and should be reported. The Shared Pages and
the Footprint of the shared area in memory. Linus?
