1.3.97 wont mount ext2 as root

The changes is fs/ext2/ioctl.c that add put_user/get_user seem
to be causing this problem. I have not had time to track it
down to the exact spot and I expected to see others with this problem.
Anyone else see this or know what might be causing it.
