typo and implicit declaration in amigafs.c (1.3.99)

Hello,
Here are erros that occur when compiling affs as module :

dir.c: In function `affs_readdir':
dir.c:147: warning: implicit declaration of function `pd_debug'
amigaffs.c: In function `affs_fix_link_pred':
amigaffs.c:131: parse error before `)'

If you need a patch for the parse error there's one at the end of
this message.
After fixing the parse error, we go thru implicit declarations of :
bitmap.c:119: find_first_one_bit
bitmap.c:132: find_next_one_bit

I didn't go further since I don't have any amiga fs :-)
